Broadmoor Country Club in Indianapolis is seeking motivated individuals to join our grounds crew team. We have set high maintenance standards in order to provide our membership with a first-class golf course and work together as a team to accomplish that goal. We have a daily start time of 6:00 A.M. in the summer so it is important that you are an early morning person or can quickly adjust to the early work schedule. Weekend mornings are especially important at the club and every crew member works at least one weekend morning (6-10 a.m.) At this time we especially need help on Sunday mornings. If you can work both weekend mornings that is even better and you will be given a day off during the week, if desired. Typical morning assignments include: walk mowing greens and tees, bunker raking, fairway and rough mowing, course setup, debris cleanup, push mowing, string trimmer and backpack blower operation, and divot filling. You will receive training on all assignments before being expected to perform them on your own.
