First Court is looking for 12 fair minded people from Cook County, IL to participate in a brief online Jury Research Project. Our project is about a real lawsuit, so we are looking for people in the area where the case originated to give us their honest feedback on the facts of the case. We are paying $75 via PayPal or business check. The project is self-paced and takes most people approximately 3 hours to complete. The open timeframe to complete the project will be April 26-27. We will also have a Zoom deliberation meeting for discussion of this project held on Wed. April 28th from 2-4:30PM Central. Payment for this portion is $75. This is an online project so participants must have access to the internet, a working webcam, and a Chrome or Firefox web browser (smartphones may work but our software is not specifically designed to support them).
