Looking for small outdoor gardening plot for hobbyist

Looking for any input on a place I can do private veggie and fruit gardening this year. I live in a condo so there's not accepting at home. Looking for just an about 25"x25' plot of land with decent soil for gardening as It may help me with my depression. Willing to rent if i have to I just have not idea who to even ask on how to find a gardening plot I can rent or use. Even if is a small area im farmland. Just for my own personal hobby use of trying to garden after many years off. Thank you.
