Rehoming yorkie

I have a 1yr old male yorkie. He is not potty trained. He spends most of his time outdoors. Unfortunately he hates kids, we had to 3 bite incidents already with the neighbors kid and my kids. He gets bad anxiety when children are around. He has to go to someone with no kids or other small dogs. He gets along with our cane corso but not small dogs his size. He has all his shots but i lost his shot record when we moved. Asking for a rehoming fee $500. I also included a current picture of him he hates the groomers so I had to cut his hair.
