Candidate must be organized, and task oriented and requires an employment history with a focus in restoration or construction field management. General Requirements: Have a positive attitude for work. Security conscious. Ability to solve problems. Have good human relations. Have a professional appearance for work. Ability to prioritize tasks. Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. Reliable transportation to complete jobs effectively. Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure. Must Have Knowledge and Experience In: Drywall and painting Rough and finished carpentry Flooring Tile and masonry Light plumbing and electrical Cabinet installation Punch list Smoke, soot, and fire cleanup Demolition Mold remediation Carpet removal and re installation Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to understand the sam Fluent in the English language Ability to work outside year-round in all types of weather conditions Availability to work extended hours as required by weather conditions or urgent circumstances Minimum of 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience in restoration/construction industry. Must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License (ability to be insured with company) and ability to pass a criminal background check as well as drug screening.
