Seeking experienced handyperson to be our go-to person for fixing random things. We have lots of things and things always need fixing. You get: Your own fully tooled, air conditioned workshop 40 to 50 hours per week year round Plenty of random tasks to keep you busy and not bored This job requires: General gratitude for everything you have in life Valid unrestricted drivers license A phone, with voicemail that has been setup Plenty of experience in some type of hands on career (construction, repairs, farming, or something) An appreciation for a family friendly atmosphere. (No cursing or girly posters etc) Positive "can-do" attitude Sober self assessment for those times when you "can-but-shouldn't-do" Willingness to break things when you're told to do it anyways A smile to wear through it all An eye for detail and appreciation for a job done right Duties: Handyman type repairs as needed Managing warehouse of maintenance supplies Mowing, trimming as needed Assembling crated equipment Driving to get parts, tools and things Occasionally interacting (politely) with customers Snow removal Fixing whatever might be broken Climbing on roofs as needed Random tasks as assigned TO APPLY: Email me your work history or resume.
