What is a TAP Associate?
A TAP Associate, or TA, for Neal Mast Greenhouses is a part of a national program called Train and
Assist Program (TAP). They act as field merchandisers that work alongside retail management and
associates to improve performance in their garden centers. Our focus is on product care and presentation
to provide customers with a high value product and an appealing shopping environment. We work rain or
shine, both indoors and out to build and maintain attractive, eye-catching displays that drive sales and
improve customer experience. This is seasonal work from now until July. 18 to 24 hours per week. Additional hours for those interested.
