We are a Fire protection company. We are looking for an office administrator position. This position will be from home and will require you to have a laptop and internet access.
Responsibilities:
Answering phones
Making follow up and sales calls
Managing companies calenders
Scheduling
Filing building permits
Sending contracts to customers
Personal assistant to owners
On and off call M-F 8am-5pm
Daily and Weekly Meetings
Skills Required:
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Reception
Scheduling
Customer Service
Can be available from 8am-5pm M-F
