Male cat / Need to rehome

I have a male cat that needs a new home. he is black and white and very loving. He conastanly asks for scratches and he loves to chase toys and play all day long. I keep him crated at night because he tends to be destructive and knocks things off of shelves etc. this behavior can be trained, however i am not in a situation where i have the ability to do that and he deserves a better home. He is still intact and needs to be neutered because he marks his territory around the house. He needs to go to a home preferably with no other animals since he chases and wrestles with other cats and dogs in the home. HE IS DOMINANT. If you have experience with this type of behavior or it is something you can manage, then i am okay with you owning other animals in your home. Please contact for more info. P. S. He is a chonky boy and he will cry immediately when his bowl is empty hahaha.
