Loveable active dog looking for new home

I have a lovely sweet dog who needs a new home. He is just too much for me to take care of after the divorce. He is a very active dog that needs a yard that I can not provide. He is mostly house trained, very smart, and knows how to do a few tricks. He will come with a harness, and leash, kennel, and dogfood. His neck is too big for a collar, they slide right off his head. I am asking for a $75 rehoming fee. Cody is a Border collie blue heeler mixed. He is 45years old and in good health. He loved animals, especially cats. He though does play a little rough at times, but my cat never seems to mind. I am unable to take him to the new home, so you will have to come to get him. He is also kennel trained and knows the word, and will go to a kennel.
