There was a young loose Min-Pin no collar running up and down Midland starting on the corner of Outwater. Almost got hit multiple times. If this is your dog the last seen location was when it ran into the area by the power plant and Dor-Win in Elmwood Park around 10:00PM. Tried multiple times to approach but the dog was being skittish.
