Looking for a 2 person team to work janitorial service (husband and wife team preferred): This position is a flat rate position to clean public bathrooms in the Cocoa Beach area. During the spring and summer, the traffic is high. During the fall, winter, and rainy season, the work is slower. However, to compensate, we pay a flat rate. Work has to be done in the evenings (hours change based upon season) when there are no customers. Four bathroom facilities to be cleaned Thursday through Monday. Kitchen facility to be cleaned once a week. Twice a year, you will be responsible for steam cleaning the kitchen. Duties include: Cleaning toilets Sweeping Mopping and/or spraying down floors Cleaning mirrors Hosing down drain and shower decks Refilling toilet paper and soap dispenser Clean and remove trash Report issues to owner Some heavy lifting required If interested, please contact Immaculate Reflections, LLC with your resume and/or to ask for an application
