Looking for a skilled handyman or contractor to help with rehabbing houses I purchase to flip. Pay will be per hour or job; not looking for someone to come in and rehab a whole house with their own crew, ask for money up front, etc. Currently have work in Boerne and in San Antonio. Must have some experience in carpentry / remodel. Things like Sheetrock work, tile, texture, painting, light electrical, etc. Pay will depend on experience. Reliability and trust is a must and looking to build a good working relationship with someone. Do not want someone who has a history of working a few days then not showing up.
