I need help putting insulation in crawlspace

I am paying $12 an hour for someone to come and help me install insulation in a crawl space i pay at the end of the day it is a one day job. The crawl space is kind of tight so I need a small person to help me with this project must have your own respirator and gloves and coveralls.
