IMMEDIATE need for Commercial Grounds Maintenance Crew Leader (CL) and Grounds Laborer) Hampton Shop....LET'S GET STARTED!! Responsibilities : CREW LEADER of Grounds Commercial grounds workers focusing on mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, pruning; flower bed maintenance, weed control. CL responsible for driving truck w/equipment trailer, leading and participating in daily scheduled work assignments. CL ensures crew has proper tools, equipment and supplies to complete work and perform efficiently and safely. Experience with zmowers, standups, trimmers, edgers, blowers, chainsaws, etc. VDAC certification pays extra. Minimum Requirements: CL - Must have at least 2 years crew leader experience in grounds keeping or landscaping industry. GED; Valid State Driver License (good driving record); Customer service experience; Knowledge of standard operations and best practices for general grounds keeping, and prefer knowledge of repair work and small equipment maintenance. Minimum age 22 yrs. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs Subject to background check; able to work in drug-free environment Approx. 35-40 hours per week, periodic overtime DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE NO GROUNDS CARE EXPERIENCE.
