OUR MISSION IS TO USE THERAPEUTIC METHODS TO GUIDE YOU ON A CREATIVE JOURNEY! Qualifications High School or Equivalent Duties & Responsibilities Organize and co-facilitate community group activities. Assist with coordinating and facilitating arts and craft table. Monitor all workshop supplies and materials. follow All program procedures for safety. Passion for our mission and core values. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus! We are searching for a 3 Summer Interns to join our WE-R-Creators Summer Project The Purpose of this Special Project is to kickoff of an annual summer program to guide Inner City Youth in Entrepreneurship and Mentorship. The goal is to have participants learn hands on crafting skills, going deeper for their inner creativity and finding their well deserved confidence. Also, creating self-exploration and having lots of fun! The program will take place at PS 48 Park (crnr of 1290 Spofford Ave Bronx, NY 10474) Community Park Across the Street. This is an unpaid intern position (A stipend will be giving at the end of project) Position will Begin in early July 8th to August 14th. (Schedule will be Thursdays and Fridays from 11AM-4PM. Must be there @ 10:30AM Interns will need to be available both days Thursday and Friday 5 hours per day/20 hour per week). Candidates for this internship should be high school or equivalent and college students, preferably those who are interested in pursuing a career working with youth in the field of education or social service.
