Meet Casper He is a super affectionate and loving cat. He loves all attention and even tolerates dogs. He is neutered and utd on shots until December 2021. There is not a mean bone in his body. Unfortunately I am losing my apartment and need to find him a forever home. He is all white except the top of his head is black. His eyes are a piercing Grey blue. I will need an adopter that is okay with keeping contact and if anything doesn't work out he is to be returned to me. Asking a small fee of $50
