We are a well-established General Contract Company seeking to hire interior clean-out & demo work laborer. We are seeking long term employees to work all year round. Applicants must have the following with no exceptions please: - Valid Driver’s License. - Reliable Transportation to and from the job site. - Must be able to work independently.  - Professional attitude, appearance and able to take directions. - Punctuality. - Ability to work as part of a team. - Ability to work on ladders of various heights. - Ability to do medium lifting, i.e ladders and equipment.  - No smoking on the job sites.
