The job is Assistant to the Manager maintaining a small 35 acre Resort Park. Experience that would help in this position includes; general maintenance. landscaping, cleaning up, light carpentry, plumbing, electric helpful but not necessary. Weed eating and rider mower experience very helpful. Any type of farm machinery helpful. Clean looking, helpful to / with guests / positive attitude, very helpful. Let me know what you can do ! I will pay $12.00 per hour to start. (Maybe more DOE) Time and A Half Pay over 40 Hours But... Usually 30+ hours a week ave. (depending on weather)... Flexible schedule if you have another job or just flexible in general. Usually 10am to 6 pm. Looking for honest, dependable, hard working induvial with own transportation and ok background. Working mostly outdoors in a nice environment, someone who can see a problem on their own and fix it.
