Slot available in our practice space. Elevator building, clean, convenient location. Looking for responsible and respectful musicians. We are looking for a solo musician to take this open spot. We are looking for someone who will be respectful of Covid precautions and building rules. Building rules require everyone to wear a mask (covering the nose and mouth) in all common areas. No smoking inside of the building, and bathrooms may be used by one person at a time. Our room has an air purifier, and we all have agreed to wipe common surfaces down after use. Availability $150/month: - Early mornings 7 am - 11 am Mon - Fri, Sat/Sun 7 am - 10 am OR - Up to 4 hours/week; times available are Mondays and Thurs before 5 pm, Tuesdays before 1 pm, Wednesdays before 6 pm, Fridays before 6 pm, and Sundays before 4 pm. If your situation doesn't exactly fit the brackets above, get in touch and we can see if something can work. If you are interested, please send an email indicating that you are OK with the safety parameters, as well as a little about yourself. Room has an AC, heater, PA, 2 speakers, 2 mic stands, 1 mic, bass amp, drum kit. Drummers should bring own snare. Guitarists should use own amp (can store in room). Bassists welcome to bring own bass amp or use the shared one. Vocalists should bring own mic, but there are alcohol wipes available for the shared vocal mic if needed.
