Looking to rehome a small female dog

We have a female dog, approximately 2 years old we need to rehome. We agreed to take her for a little while for a family member who now cannot take her back. We are unable to keep her any longer. She is full of energy and needs lots of attention. I do not know her breed. She does not use the bathroom inside but she is still in the puppy phase. Small rehoming fee will apply and she will come with food.
