Looking for a good dog

Just searching for a puppy or a young dog to grow with my family. I have kids sk I'm hoping to find a gentle dog. My building only allows smaller dogs. Like 30lbs or less. Does anyone have any puppies? Or dogs that sent fully grown yet?
