Job Description: Our Field Technicians drive to customers' properties in a company van to provide recurring, outdoor pest-control services throughout the season until early November. They have no direct contact with others and seek to provide the best customer service in the industry! Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: Visually inspect and treat for mosquitoes, fleas, and ticks  Understand the customer expectations for our service Walk customer's property while carrying equipment weighing 60 pounds for long periods of time in warm temperatures  Comfortable driving to new locations  Education and Experience: Clean and valid driver’s license required High school diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), or equivalent required.  Massachusetts Applicator (core) License for application of general-use pesticides (can qualify to complete the licensing process during training)  Key Competencies:  Friendly and dependable Exceptional customer service skills Flexibility, including understanding and accepting the weather implications on work schedules and service delivery Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions Integrity Apply online at
