We are a Licensed Children's Residential Facility. We need driven, passionate, and lively individuals that would love to assist developmentally disabled children/teens in daily life skills. If you would like to give back to your community or have a passion for teaching, this is the job for you. If you love to learn and need a paid internship, this could be your gig! Our goal is to help these kids reach their full potential, as well as give them the opportunity to be included in their community! Come join us in teaching these kids how to ride this roller coaster that we call life! This job consists of a generous amount of documentation as well as medication administration. Requirements for the position include: -Weekends are mandatory -21 years of age -High school diploma or GED -1 year experience with children or within developmental care -A working vehicle with valid insurance -The ability to pass a state and federal background check. Full time and weekend part time positions are available as well as overnight shifts. Must be able to work weekends and some holidays. There is opportunity to promote within the business as a behavioral tech, supervisor, or manager and more. We offer healthcare, dental, vision, and retirement. Yoga classes and other self-care programs are offered at the company’s expense. Afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts available. Need new hires immediately. Paid Internships are available. $14.50/hour to start, $15.50/hour with proof of a degree, with the opportunity to make as much as $27.50/hr within the first 30 days. Raises are available in the first 90 days and can increase quickly after with proof of hard work and a good fit! Top class medical, dental, vision, and IRA plans available.
