In need of help with kid dishes and toys

I’m in need of help with kid dishes and toys for a 6 year old girl. Every where I’ve asked they told me to go to the dollar store or Walmart when financially I don’t have the money to do so. Can anyone help a mom out I’m struggling. I’m located downtown Spokane and not mobile.
