This class will challenge you to work just past your limit with with focus a on lower body toning!
Students are invited to approach practice from a place of curiosity and tune into their own experience. This class offers opportunities to link breath, body, and movement to find a deeper connection.

About the instructor :
200 hour Kripalu trained Yoga instructor with a background in Strength & Conditioning, and most recently a graduate of a Sports Medicine program in Athletic Training.
Stephanie has been teaching fitness for over 10 years with a focus on creating body awareness, strength and foundational skills.
Outdoor classes are weather permitting. You will be notified via email if class is cancelled due to inclement weather.All class attendees must wear a mask and must adhere to social distancing guidelines.Please maintain a distance of a minimum of 6 feet between yourself and others for the entirety of the event.Mats must be placed 6 ft apart, or 14 ft apart without masks.Masks must be worn while setting up, but may be removed when practicing on your mat.Class is limited to 8 students.Bring your own mat, and water.This a Donation based class - sliding scale pay what you can/want.Suggested donation of $12 per personVenmo to @Stephanie-Alessandri or Cash!No walk-ups are available during this time Please register here to secure your spot in the class!
