1099 work (for now, may change later)... MUST have VALID ID and social security card! Rate of pay based on VERIFIABLE experience, manner, speed, and quality of work, and how much of your own tools you have to use. I need someone to help me with apartment repair, maintenance, and renovations. The more experience with plumbing, electrical, paint, drywall, flooring, doors, fixtures, appliances, and random repair and maintenance of all sorts of things the better.... a true "Handyman" type. Reliable OWN transportation required. Work is generally in New Bedford and Fall River. Tools: Minimum of basic hand tools and an average cordless tool set is required. The more tools you have, the more independent work I can assign. Must be decent in manner and appearance, easy to get along with, strong work ethic, HONEST, dependable, reliable, and does decent quality work.... No BS!.... I don't have patience for BS! The right person could start tomorrow.... I have a laminate floor job starting tomorrow morning I could use help with. I'm not a "Ball Buster"... I just expect honest work for honest pay!
