GC has shed style patio cover to build. 13 x 31 wide, against a garage roof 7/12 pitch. 2 x 8 x 16"oc rafters, Cornice/ trim with Hardi boards. Option T & G pine ceiling if your work is tight and acceptable. Double 11" LVL beams on 3- 6 x 6 posts. 1/2" decking. Shouldn't need to dig for Sonno tubes. Call/ text only if you have the skills & tools- work consecutive days until complete. Know how to work in someone's backyard with safety and respect the property homeowners. No roofing required unless you can show experience. This is a 2-4 day job for 2/3 man crew, we've done these before. No advertising for your own work with others/ owners at the site is tolerated.
