2002 Infiniti/Nissan I35 Radiator Support Welding

Ok I lifted my car using the Radiator Support cross beam and it was already rusted and I broke it, typical Nissan rust on these year vehicles. I'm not looking to take the car apart to get an OEM Radiator Support Replacement. Anybody did this to their car or can recommend a reasonable reputable bodyshop please let me know. Shoot me quote to do this job or improvise for me. Cash in hand I'm ready now, need the car for my daily commute. I want a good welder/body shop who can insert, cut, and replace rust and weld new fab steel sheets together to support this rusted rad support section. Saw a couple of vids on Youtube guy did it for $25 made it look simple. Of course I don't expect that price or simplicity, but I'm looking for a workaround to this problem. With an OEM replacement, bumpers and lots of body front has to come off $$$$ (no thanks).
