there is a myth perpetrated by the right and faux nooz that people are fleeing SF and the State of California in record numbers. Not True. The facts.... 122 people placed bids in one weekend on one home and it sold in 3 hours. San Francisco real estate is back up to pre covid numbers ( unfortunately ), and people are buying up houses from SF to Sacto to Santa Cruz in record numbers. For those who did leave SF or San Jose, they didn't leave the state. They just moved to more rural areas for a number of reasons, and none of them being they are fed up with California. Personally, I love San Francisco and California and would never leave. I for one do not mind seeing a few of the tech industries leave, whom by the way are already complaining about their new locations ( florida, texas, georgia) and talking about how much they miss SF and California and wished they have never packed up and left. California ! a prophet on the golden shore California ! i'm knocking on the golden door Like an angel, standing in a shaft of light I'm rising off to paradise you know i'm going to fly
