Take your yoga practice to a new level mentally and physically with this fun new Yoga + HITT Fusion Class! We’re combining our tried and true vinyasa practice (to empower and expand you) with High Intensity Interval Training (to build strength and boost endurance) into one magical 60 minute class! New to HIIT? This class is absolutely suited for all levels and modifications will be offered to make it accessible for all bodies. We guarantee you’ll feel all sorts of new flexibility, power, agility and coordination after this class (and maybe even a few muscles you forgot were there)! Example Class Layout (60 mins): 0-5: Quick introduction to the HIIT moves we’re going to incorporate as well as modifications to make it accessible to all 5-30: Invigorating vinyasa yoga warm up to awaken, align and empower you mentally and physically30-45: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) sequences to push your physical self45-60: Restorative Yoga cool down and savasana to seal the deal Instructor: Class will be led by Talia Livneh who has received specific training in this fusion class type. There is ample street parking or places to lock up your bike surrounding the park. COVID Safety Precautions: Masks should be worn at all times, except for during the class itself. Mats must be set up 6ft + apart Class is limited to 20 yogis (we have lots of space!)Ticket's must be purchased before class Mat rentals will not be offered but lightly used mats may be purchased for $15
