Seeking helper/personal assistant

Hi my name is David Silverman-I have just moved to Omaha and really think for my situation it would be a great idea as well as i think being necessary to work with a helper/peresonal assistant while living here. I am talking about a helper in a general way, not specifically for just one thing like help getting around or shopping or cleaning but more generally. To me the key element to the situation working is that we have some repoire and can work together well is more important frankly than if you have a lot of experience in this field, have taken care of an elderly woman in the past or have done this sort of thing in the past, although that certainly might be of some advantage. I am 53, am from Des Moines, am from a good family, am financially independent, and worked for my Dad's two businesses for over 30 years. I was closer to him than anyone as my parents divorced when I was young and I was raised by him. He died at 91 recently which has led me to a change in my life, forced me to reevaluate whether I wanted to stay in Des Moines(I didn't) and have decided to move to Omaha. I do have a chemical sensitivity issue in that I am one of those people who is very allergic to smells and chemicals and have worked with both a regular doctor and naturopathic physician for 30 years to deal with that issue so I don't wear any colognes or use lots of air freshener or things like that. I have been doing better with that the last ten years but it will always be an issue for me and I am always learning more about strategies and supplements(even wheatgrass juice) to deal with that issue. I am paying 250 dollars per week to whomever I work with and I would estimate it would be between 8 to 12 hours per week in terms of actual time working with me in person or on the phone. I want to emphasize that for this to really work it has to be the right person at least personality wise for the position and that can only be determined by us spending some time talking before I hire anyone. I've done this where it works before and I've done this where it hasn't worked before and for me it really comes down to whether you are an honest, openhearted person and whether we feel comfortable with each other.
