Very Busy Carpentry Company seeking a full-time, experienced carpenter. We work 8/hr days, at least 5 days per week. We work some weekends, depending on project. We use a "trial day" format to hire new team members. This industry is highly competitive, therefore we are not interested in wasting time trying to work someone who does not know the field. The trial day will function as your interview and your time will depend on how well you perform, so be prepared for a full 8-hour day. If you show up and don't have the following, we will send you home on the spot so please don't waste your time or ours. - Experience - General experience is a must. This includes framing, trim, and finish carpentry. These positions are for carpenters who can handle a variety of jobs, since we do many things for residential and commercial clients. Someone without general carpentry experience will fall behind on assignments and deadlines. - Set of tool bags - If you do not have a set of tool bags, this isn't the job for you. - Transportation - We work all over town. Projects range from one day to week long. If you don't have a way to get to the job, we cannot use you.
