As the popularity of Whiskey has soured in recent years this event provides the perfect opportunity to discover new favorites or to educate your palate to the flavorful depths of these great spirits. Enjoy a large selection of some of the most exciting brands in the market, discover new Whiskeys, identify hidden gems, taste new releases and reconnect with old favorites. Take in the amazing views from one of the best locations in San Francisco and join us for an upscale socially distanced tasting event. Via's rooftop has been decked out with a full cover clear canopy and there are space heaters throughout, so no matter what the weather you'll stay warm and dry while taking in stunning 360 degree views of the city. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ***TABLE RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED*****Admission to the event includes unlimited tastings, small bites for purchase as you enjoy great music in a beautiful setting amongst your friends and fellow Whiskey aficionados. There are 3 table options to choose from, all tables require a one bottle minimum. 1. Cabanas are the most comfortable and lavish option for your group. Cabanas come with an entry for up to 6 people. Complete Tasting is included $300. 2. Fire-pit tables are in the middle of the roof and come with an entry for up to 4 people. Complete Tasting is included $200 . 3. High-tops will be spread throughout the rooftop and have some of the best views of the surroundings and come with an entry for up to 4 people or 6 people. Complete tasting is included $200 for 4 people or $300 for 6 people. -----------------------------------------------------------FEATURED WHISKEYS: TBD *Vendors subject to change Industry experts will pour samples of various whiskeys during this interactive experience.  Guests will enjoy samples of classic Whiskey cocktails from our demonstration bar, featuring talented instruction by revered SF bartenders. Sip a sample while learning recipes & techniques required to create balanced cocktails at your home bar. For your audio & visual pleasure. Hotel VIA hospitality team will be serving full sized cocktails, beers and tasty appetizers at a la carte prices. Guests are required to wear a face mask at all times unless actively eating/drinking. Guests must remain at their tables unless they are picking up food/drinks , social distance dancing or using the restroom.
