I need a person to help me with my seven units. One person for cleaning and painting and deal with tenants eg. show apartments, leases, and evictions. $15.00 per hour. Handy man or woman that can do minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, floor installation more skilled work. $20.00 per hour. Should have your own tools. Or one person that wants to do it all. This is on as needed basis and I will try as be as flexible as I can to work around your schedule. There are times it can be very busy and other times with long lulls. I never know. Background check required. I'm a hands on landlord and you will be working closely with me.
