Please read to the bottom where you can apply, if interested. This is strictly research. Participants will NOT be asked to purchase or sign up for anything. We're looking for the payroll person for small businesses to be part of a paid 45 min research study. We will need a way to verify that you are a legitimate business. If we can't verify, we won't be able to schedule you. Purpose of the study: We are conducting in-depth research on behalf of a well-known payroll software company and would like to interview Small Business Payroll Managers (owner or designated person) on the "processes and challenges they go through to running payroll software". We would like to have you walk us through tasks with which you run various reports. We would like you to share your thoughts and feedback to ensure that the future user experience is clear and to let us know where it can be improved. This feedback session will be recorded for research purposes only. The study will take 45 minutes through Zoom and computer/mobile device. The pay is $100 Amazon eGiftCard.
