Meet at the NW corner of Lake Cook & Arlington Heights Roads at the green Buffalo Creek Lake Count Forest Preserve sign. Please join us on Saturday, April 3, 2021 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM for our next KOE Cleanup Event. This event will take place along the north side of Lake Cook Rd heading west from Arlington Heights Rd near the Buffalo Creek Forest Preserve. We're looking for 12 additional volunteers, 13 yrs or older, to help with this cleanup event. Please know that this event will be along busy Lake Cook Road, and we recommend that younger children not participate. We'll be meeting at the NW corner of Lake Cook Rd & Arlington Heights Rd. right near the green Buffalo Creek Lake County Forest Preserve Sign. There's plenty of parking in the strip mall near 4256 Arlington Heights Rd, Buffalo Grove, IL , or near the old Dominick's store by the Buffalo Restaurant. Dress appropriately for weather and terrain, and please wear a face mask when you're not able to socially distance.
