Small company looking to add to it’s team, in search of an individual that is a Jack of all trades. We mainly deal with vacation rental repairs(quick fixes) unclogging drains, door lock swaps, sheetrock repairs, etc. with the occasional bigger project. if you are a person who fixes most things yourself, have most tools, reliable transportation(work truck or van) trustworthy and PRESENTABLE then this is the job for you. Job would start out on a trial basis at $20 an hour cash to start (first project would be exterior painting one side of 2 story home) so please don’t be scared of heights. most work would be on Sanibel and Captiva. Wages would be reevaluated following completion of painting project and would switch to a percentage basis. Looking for someone ASAP!
