Full Time Property Maintenance assistance is being sought for properties in South King County. Maintenance employee will be responsible for routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair at our South end mobile home communities and apartment complexes. Responsibilities include plumbing, routine electrical, carpentry, roofing, and mechanical maintenance of facilities, equipment, and systems. Competitive Compensation and a Complete Benefits Package Includes: • $25-$35/hour DOE • Full Health and Dental Benefits • 401k Plan • PTO & Sick Leave ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Perform daily service, routine and preventative maintenance in units, common areas and around community grounds. Occasional repair of park water lines needed • Perform apartment turnover maintenance such as painting, drywall repair, removing old carpeting and pads, installing new flooring, blinds, cabinets, and fixtures etc. • Plumbing, electrical, roof repair, appliances as well as some carpentry (light framing/hanging doors) • Install new appliances such as dishwashers, ranges, and refrigerators • Other duties as assigned and able to work weekends as needed EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING OR SKILLS REQUIRED: • High School Diploma or GED; advance technician training in one or more service/construction trades preferred.
