Description
A Residential Utility Services company that serves the Greater Seattle Area (roughly 45 miles around the city) is expanding and looking to hire an additional service professional who will work with clients independently at residential locations that will include independent operation and management of a company vehicle. This job requires a combination of physical labor, customer management, and business understanding.
Candidates must have a relatively clean driving record, no DUIs, auto insurance, and be able to pass a background check. Since this role will work independently, managing their own vehicle and providing services directly to residential customers, all candidates must have excellent communication skills, good organization and presentation, the ability to utilize a tablet to provide reports on your work, some amount of construction and/or plumbing experience, and be very punctual for appointments.
This position REQUIRES a FRI-MON work schedule and the employee can decide if they want their 5th day to be Tue or Thu. Vacations are flexible and benefits are to be discussed. Applicants will receive a 2-3 month training period directly with the owner, during which time there will be a reduced training wage, but employees should be making $100K+ within their 2nd year if they are performing as expected, with continued financial growth available annually.
