We need your help with all aspects of landscaping. Grass cutting, weeding, planting trees, shrubs, flowers, spreading mulch, reviving neglected gardens. Homeownership Center of Tacoma/Northwest (HCNW) expands homeownership options by building new and rehabilitating existing homes and offering these homes for purchase to low-income and moderate-income individuals and families, veterans and seniors. HCNW provides financial education and homeownership counseling to first-time homebuyer clients, assistance to create strong credit profiles, and guidance in selecting, financing, and maintaining their homes. Community service hours or volunteer(s). Properties throughout Tacoma and Spanaway. We would welcome any skilled trades as well. Thank you for your consideration.
