Taxable Unemployment?

Description

I am wondering if any of you know about this situation. I file our Federal taxes with H&R Block software, which I paid $24.99 for at Fred Meyers. My wife and I made about $153,000 in 2020, including $13,000 my wife had in unemployment compensation, so earlier in the year, I filed our federal income taxes, which included the $13,000 in unemployment compensation paid my wife. That was in February, and now I just filed my daughter's tax return, who is attending UW. Prior to filing her tax return, H&R Block had a software update earlier this week, and so I filed her tax return, and then I went in and looked at my wife's and I federal tax return in the H&R Block software, my refund increase from about $1,200 to over $4,200, so when I went to investigate, I found that the H&R Block Tax software, now excluded $10,200 of my wife's $13,000 of unemployment compensation. Is this correct, or is it a software glitch? I thought that any married couple filing joint tax return and earning over $150,000 were NOT entitled to the $10,200 unemployment exclusion. I can certainly use the extra $3,000 to help pay for her UW tuition, but was also wondering how I go about getting the extra $3,000 that it appears we are entitled to, if this is not a tax software glitch. Any reply is appreciated. Thank you.
