Rehoming our baby

Hello everyone, it is with a heaving heart that we have decided to part ways with our dog, hes great and amazing in every way possible, hes absolutely sweet,loving, and very affectionate & loyal with his people, the reason we have to rehome him is because our landlord has given us 30 days to either move out or find him a loving home. We cant afford to move so we have decided that rehoming him is the best alternative, he is 4 and a half & he has a full life ahead of him, he is leash & potty trained, he does well off-leash as well! The longest hes waited without going out to the bathroom was 10 hours due to us being out of town. We are asking a $100 rehoming fee to ensure a good & loving home for him.
