WE WERE TOO!!! Hello everyone! We are Beauty and the Wrench, the premiere vacation rental cleaning and maintenance company servicing the Lake Lure, Chimney Rock, Hendersonville, and Tryon area! To do this we MUST have people who are: *Able to ACCEPT & LEARN from constructive criticism *Hardworking (Seriously, this is a physically demanding job!) *Able to to follow a check list and directions *Able to work independently or as a team *Resilient *Passionate about learning *Punctual *Considerate *Full of Integrity *Optimistic ****DESIRING TO DELIVER THE WOW!!!!*** Depending on the area you live in, hours will vary, and we can be flexible. Typically Saturday-Wednesday 10-4 are the most important hours to have available. **MUST HAVE A CELL PHONE !!*** Communication is key, and sometimes things change very quickly. Training (usually 2-3 days): $13/hr Starting pay $15 /hr Raises/bonuses given depending on performance. Ability to move up to $18+ and leadership positions with higher pay. CLEANING SUPPLIES WILL BE PROVIDED. We make our own green cleaning products! Respect for yourself, your teammates, and each house is a must!
