We are looking for a reliable Handyperson to undertake interior or exterior upkeep and repairs in the Roseville/Rocklin/Lincoln areas. We’ll rely on you to keep our customer's most valued asset in perfect condition by doing various odd jobs. What we Value! FAMILY – Why else are we in this business? Who we’re looking for…possibly you??? You’re someone with a minimum of 5 years of paid experience in general carpentry and handyperson services. You aspire to grow professionally; you’re able to consistently work required hours and are physically and mentally capable of handyperson duties. You are legally eligible to work in the U.S., possess a valid driver’s license, have reliable transportation and own your own tools…and obviously know how to use them! You treat people with respect and expect the same in return. You have a strong work ethic and take pride in your work. You’re passionate about what you do and enjoy helping people. You’re Reliable, Honest, Ethical and Trustworthy. You thrive in a safe/fun work environment and you enjoy customer interaction. You are sincere and pleasant to work with. You’re self-motivated, enjoy a variety of tasks and work well with minimal supervision. You are even-tempered and flexible to deal with customer needs as they arise. You’re able to “win” the customers’ confidence and provide additional value by offering them a checklist of other repairs and services we provide. You’re detail-oriented and are willing to help share your knowledge and expertise with other team members. What skills are needed? You must possess a broad set of carpentry, maintenance and repair skills along with a basic understanding of math, computer skills and how to read and write legibly. You must also have the ability to communicate with others and perform services required by our customers.
