Gigging Rock Band needs Lead Guitarist

We are a 4 piece band from around Green Bay, WI. Cover band-- we play classic rock, some country, some top 40 (we attempt to play for the audience of the venue we're at). Seeking guitarist to take the responsibility of lead and rhythm and somehow makes it work. We're hoping to find a talented individual who can do the same to be able to keep this a 4 piece. Requirements: Must have own equipment. Must have own transportation and be willing to play out up to an hour from Green Bay. Must have experience. Backup vocals are a plus!! (Availablity to do lead on some songs also.) Must have good attitude-- no drama queens! We play out typically 2x/ month (sometimes 3). We don't play out every weekend, we all have "real jobs" Monday- Friday and this is more of a hobby for us. (A hobby we love!) Rarely do we do "back to back" shows. ** If you are in another band, this may not be the band for you.
