Bi-Monthly Women’s Wellness and Yoga Group Hi Everyone, We have a dream to host a health focused meet-up group in our front yard. Our chicken run is adjacent to our open grassy area and we’ve found that listening to and being near the birds can be therapeutic and relaxing so we wanted to extend that to the neighborhood. This group will include - *50 mins of relaxing and restorative yoga open to practioners of all levels *15 mins of sound healing and meditation *Space to discuss and practice other forms of womens health and wellness needs *Housemade garden picnic and refreshments As avid gardeners and aspiring urban farmers our goal is to create a community space where everyone feels comforted and welcomed. All ages +12 are welcome. We would like this to be a free or donation based outdoor yoga event to bring people back together in the community.
