A long-running, established professional cannabis farm with multiple farms is hiring for a Shift Lead position. Full-time/year-round employment. Individuals must be punctual, have reliable transportation, high energy, hard-working, trust worthy, want to be part of a team, able to take direction, and looking for long term employment. Cannabis experience is a plus, but not a requirement. Duties will include aspects of cannabis cultivation and farm maintenance (including but not limited to; transplanting, watering, trellising, and harvest, plant care, etc). Running farm equipment. Experience Requirements to apply: Leading a team Running farm equipment (bobcat, tractor, etc) Some construction background Problem-solving skills and time management Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions, be able to work long days can lift up to 30 pounds. This position is (40 hours +) Sunday- Thursday. Starting pay is $18/ hour (with room for growth), after 3 months benefit package will be offered and after PTO after one year.
