Glass Art for Beginners Brighten up your kitchen with a fused glass spoon rest. Decorate a 6” glass circle with bits and pieces of art glass, dichroic glass, stringers and frit to make a one of a kind spoon rest that you will love. Once assembled, Nancy will fire your piece in a kiln at 1500 degrees and then in a separate firing at a lower temperature the piece will be slumped into the spoon rest shape. Once fired, the spoon rest will be shipped and ready to use in your kitchen. (The shipping cost is included in the price of the class.) Nancy has been having fun fusing glass for 14 years and wants to share the fun with you, so come out and play with glass.
