I have this back yard in Severn and I am looking for a person with knowledge in trees and shrubbery to give me recommendations on types of trees or shrubs to block view from neighbors, and then source and install the trees that we agree on. This is a low-light backyard because of houses that surround it, which is why I need someone with knowledge who can make tree recommendations before planting. Then I would like for this person to take care of planting partially grown trees that will grow fast and provide privacy within a few years of planting.
